Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For Residential & Buy to Let Mortgages you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually 1% of the loan amount, or we can accept commission from the lender.  For Commercial Finance we usually charge 1% of the amount borrowed for loans up to £199,000, reducing to 0.5% for loans from £200,000 to £499,000 and no fee for loans above £499,000.  We may also receive commission from the lender.
