  For Residential & Buy to Let Mortgages you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually 0.5% of the loan amount, or we can accept commission from the lender.  For Commercial Finance we usually charge 1% of the loan amount.  We may also receive commission from the lender.  Processing fees may apply.
